Terms of Service

Effective date: June 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ravvi. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Ravvi is operated by Bian Xuebin, an individual sole proprietor, located at 16th Floor, Shengjian Building, Jianye District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province 210000, China ("Ravvi", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@ravvi.ai or through the support channel provided in the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA and UK, where a higher age applies), be able to form a binding contract, and comply with all applicable laws. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Your use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which is incorporated into these terms and sets out the full content standards, enforcement actions, reporting channel, and moderation process. The AUP applies to what you submit (prompts, briefs, edit instructions, uploaded media) and to what the service generates for you.

In summary, you may not use Ravvi to generate, upload, request, store, or distribute:

  • Pornography and NSFW content — sexually explicit or pornographic material, nudity, and sexualized depictions of real people.
  • Violence and gore — graphic violence, gore, self-harm, animal cruelty, and content that glorifies, promotes, or incites violence, terrorism, or mass harm.
  • Hate speech — content that attacks, dehumanizes, harasses, or promotes discrimination against a person or group based on a protected characteristic, including hate symbols and slurs.
  • Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — child sexual abuse material and any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving a minor, real or synthetic. Zero tolerance: immediate termination and, where the law requires it, referral to the authorities.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation of real people — realistic synthetic depictions, face or voice swaps, synthetic endorsements, and fabricated statements involving an identifiable real person, brand, or organization without documented consent.
  • Content infringing copyright or trademarks — works, characters, logos, packaging, trade dress, or brand assets you do not own or have no license to use.

You also agree not to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content, including fraud, scams, and deceptive advertising claims.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing, credits, access controls, or our content moderation systems.
  • Use the service to create or distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent activity.

Content moderation

Every free-text prompt you submit is screened against our content policies before it reaches any generation model, and the third-party models that power the service apply their own safety filters and may independently refuse a request. Blocked prompts are refused in the product and do not consume credits. Reports and flagged accounts are additionally reviewed by our team, who may examine the prompts, uploads, and outputs associated with an account in order to enforce the AUP. The layers, severity tiers, and handling of each tier are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Moderation is a safeguard, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for reviewing every output before you publish it and for complying with the advertising rules of the platforms you publish to.

Reporting violations

To report content or behavior that violates these terms or the AUP, email hello@ravvi.ai with the subject line AUP report, or use the support channel in the product. Include a link to the content or account, what you believe was violated, and how we can reach you. We acknowledge reports within 3 business days; critical reports (child safety, terrorism, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats) are escalated immediately. Reporter identity is protected. Enforcement

Depending on the severity, frequency, and intent of a violation, we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate the account, and refer conduct that appears criminal to law enforcement. Enforcement does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits or of the remainder of a subscription period, except where applicable law requires one. User content

You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, and generated outputs, subject to these terms and applicable law. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise operate the service for your requested use.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

Copyright and takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@ravvi.ai with: identification of the work, the material you claim is infringing and its location, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

Payments, credits, and subscriptions

Paid features may require credits, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Prices, included usage, renewal terms, and limits are shown at checkout or in the product. Taxes may apply.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in limited access, suspension, or termination. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party providers for payments, storage, authentication, analytics, and email. For AI generation, we route requests through fal.ai and OpenRouter to run OpenAI's GPT Image (image generation and edits), ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 and Alibaba's Happy Horse (video generation), Clarity Upscaler (4K upscaling), and Anthropic's Claude (creative planning and prompt expansion). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The service, software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that may expose us to liability.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain sections of these terms will survive termination where their nature requires it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravvi and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for these purposes excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent people's courts of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections available to you under local law.

General

These terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
